About Taniya
Hi! I’m Taniya
I’m a strategy and programme leader who works with organisations trying to turn ideas for a more just and equitable world into action.

Advisory Practice
“Working where the questions are complex, the stakeholders are many, and the path forward isn’t obvious.”
Over the past 15 years, I’ve worked across climate, gender equity, labour markets and public health, partnering with nonprofits, philanthropies, governments, academia and industry. Through Wise Impact Consulting Solutions, I advise social impact organisations on strategy, programme design, organisational capability and partnerships. I also design practical frameworks, tools and learning programmes that help teams make sense of complex challenges and move from evidence to action.
My work has taken me from public health and behavioural insights to climate philanthropy, gender-responsive workforce programmes and organisational strategy. I’ve led a USD 1.3 million national programme on women’s participation in India’s automotive and EV sector, designed strategic planning programmes for climate leaders, and helped organisations strengthen their capabilities, partnerships and pathways to impact. I’ve also worked on initiatives spanning financial inclusion, livelihoods, organisational development and innovation — often bringing together research, strategy and diverse stakeholders to move an idea from paper into practice.
I tend to work where the questions are complex, the stakeholders are many, and the path forward isn’t obvious. I bring structure, curiosity and an evidence-based approach to help make that path clearer and, importantly, actionable.
“If you’re working through a strategic, organisational or programme challenge, I’d love to hear from you on what you’re trying to solve.”
